Experience the Mashatu Game Reserve with EcoTraining

The area offers expansive views and open regions, crossed regularly by seasonal streams that boast tall leadwood and apple leaf trees, perfect for walking trails.

The riverine woodland along the Limpopo and Shashe rivers abound with giant Sycamore figs and Nyala Trees, and the area is alive with animals large and small. In summer, the air is filled with birdsong, the roar of millions of Red-Billed Quelea in flocks stretching from horizon to horizon, and the smells of thousands of blooms carpeting the grassland. In winter, the triangle of rivers that make up the borders of our concession bring animals from all corners of the Mashatu area to drink in their life-giving waters.
